# What are Neonjelly’s terms?

By installing a client or calling the server you agree to the terms at /terms. The token is the identity. Do not share keys. Do not scrape or overload the service. Missing stores stay not_found. Catalog figures are modeled or observed intel, not audited financials. Effective date: 4 September 2026.

These terms cover Neonjelly MCP (https://www.neonjelly.io, https://mcp.neonjelly.io). By installing a client or calling the server, you agree.

## Service

Neonjelly is ecommerce intelligence for agents: stores, products, apps, movers, change feeds, and Signals watches. Access is MCP (and connect URLs). There is no product dashboard and no signup.

Paid plans are billed by arrangement — email ops@neonjelly.io. Checkout is not self-serve. A key is a secret. A connect URL (`/c/njc_…/mcp`) is a secret.

## Data partner

Merchant and catalog data is supplied by [EcomScout](https://ecomscout.com), our data partner. We do not warrant that the catalog is complete, current, or fit for a specific decision. Missing stores stay `not_found`. Neonjelly does not scrape on request and does not probe. `create_signal` (paid plans only) may create an EcomScout watch on your Neonjelly key; service keys cannot create new watches upstream.

EcomScout is not a party to your Neonjelly key. Their site and contracts are theirs.

## Trial

One trial per device and AI client, 14 days, 100 calls/day, 20/min. Live requests from the same IP reuse the same trial. After expiry, remint from that device and client is refused — buy a plan. We may refuse, expire, or revoke a trial.

## Acceptable use

- Do not share keys or connect URLs
- Do not attack, scrape, or overload the service
- Do not use the catalog to harass people or break law
- Agents must search or resolve a store before inventing a domain

We may rate-limit (`429`) or revoke a key.

## No warranty

The service is provided as-is. Catalog figures are modeled or observed intel, not audited financials.

## Liability

To the extent law allows, Neonjelly is not liable for indirect or consequential loss, or for decisions you make from catalog data. Our aggregate liability for a paid month is the fee you paid that month.

## Changes

We may update these terms. The date below is current. Material changes: we post here.
