Neonjelly (“we”) runs the MCP service at https://www.neonjelly.io and https://mcp.neonjelly.io. This policy covers that service only.
Data partner
Catalog, traffic, product, app, mover, and signal intelligence is supplied by our data partner EcomScout. We do not operate that catalog. We meter access and deliver it to agents over MCP. EcomScout’s own product, accounts, and policies are separate.
What we collect
Neonjelly has no user signup. We still process:
- Trial: public IP (live reuse), plus a browser install id and AI-client name so one trial sticks to that device and client (100 calls/day, 20/min, 14 days)
- Keys: name, email/note, plan, quotas, and daily usage if an operator minted a key
- MCP traffic: tool name, time, status, and coarse error codes — not your full agent prompt
- Email you send to ops@neonjelly.io
We do not sell this. We do not run ads.
Why
Operate the trial, enforce quotas, debug outages, mint or revoke keys, and answer ops mail.
Sharing
- EcomScout receives the upstream catalog queries needed to answer a tool call (domain, filters, signal id). That is how the data partner fulfills the request.
- Hosts (Vercel for the site, our MCP box) see normal access logs.
- We disclose if law requires it.
Retention
Trials and usage counters live with the key. Revoked keys stay in admin history. Server logs rotate. Email stays as long as the thread is useful.
Your rights
Email ops@neonjelly.io to ask what we hold, correct a note on a key, or revoke a key. Trials are bound to a device install id and AI client (and reused by IP while live); we cannot “delete an account” that does not exist.
