Signal watches (create_signal): trial none (403), Explorer 8, Operator 20, Scale 40. Over watch cap → 429. Creating still counts against daily quota.
Over call cap → 429. Check remaining with MCP whoami (not metered). Stripe Customer Portal handles cancel / plan change. Ops can still mint at /admin.
